Important Note:EPSm will not read standard Ensoniq floppy disks, since a Maccannot read every 10th block from an Ensoniq diskette. Ensoniq'sformat uses 10 sectors instead of 9, and while the PC can betricked into reading a 10 sector format, the Mac cannot. Theworkaround is the creation of what the author generally calls a"B10 image". This is a slightly altered and smallerformat that the Ensoniq and the Mac (under EPSm) can read andwrite to.
Epsm Disk Utility For Mac
Users of EPSm usually takeeach standard floppy they have and one by one transfer them tothe B10 image diskettes (made by EPSm), so they have no hassle inusing the diskettes in either location. This is done only byusing the Ensoniq itself to transfer the files.

Take your own WAVE or AIFF files and create full Ensoniq instrument from them, AND write them to disk. Or the other way - extract samples from your Instruments as WAVE/AIFF files. And it doesn't stop there: take MIDI files from your computer and make Ensoniq Songs from them - AND write them to disk. And likewise, vis-versa - take your Ensoniq Songs and make new MIDI files from them.
Not only can you handle Ensoniq disks, you can handle any image file, like a Giebler or GKH or RAW disk image, or any file image (.efe, .efa). And, pretty much anything regarding Ensoniq disks we've packed into this wide-ranging program.

If you are experiencing a problem that you believe may be a driver bug please check the bug tracker. If the problem you are facing is not listed in the installer disk documentation, the FAQ, the forums, or the bug tracker then you should file a support request against it. If there is a feature missing from Gutenprint that you would like to see added please file a feature request.
Gimp-Print 4.2.7 is the last stable release of Gimp-Print version 4.2.x for Mac OS X; it includes 225 drivers supporting over 600 printers. The disk-image file includes an OS X installer package, an uninstaller package, plus illustrated documentation to easily guide you through the printer set-up process. (source code)
The Gutenprint uninstaller will completely remove any version of Gutenprint/Gimp-Print that was installed with an official Mac OS X installer package provided by the Gimp-Print project. It will also remove the version of Gutenprint/Gimp-Print that is included on any Apple OS X install disk.
Uninstall Gutenprint 1.2.1 is an update to the Gutenprint uninstaller for Mac OS X. This release can remove the Gutenprint drivers Apple supplies with the Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5.x) install disk. Also, the uninstaller will now provide the user with confirmation that shows what has been removed.
There are some Mac users who are unable to print without Colour Management problems when using various printers. These problems may show when printing our profiling charts using the Adobe utility, or when printing images from Photoshop, Lightroom, or other applications with 'Application Colour Management'. The problem is usually caused by the very basic and undocumented Apple Airprint printer driver being installed rather than the more sophisticated genuine Canon, Epson or HP, etc. one. These basic drivers are the 'Airprint' ones designed for printing snapshots directly from unsophisticated apps and not for serious photographers who want control over their printing. Important to note is that, although the driver is named 'Airprint', it is not only used for wi-fi printing BUT is also used for printing via USB or Ethernet.
Your Printer Presets are used to save printer settings such as: paper type, resolution, any special settings such as Paper Configuration, etc. They will have an effect on any Custom Printer ICC Profiles you had made! They usually disappear when you delete the printer or its driver! They aren't particularly easy to find and recall from the backup disk either. They could be remade, but you would have had to remember all of them, or to have written them down.
3) If after the above the saved Presets don't show, you may need to delete the macOS System Caches: The easiest way to do this is with the excellent free Onyx Utility. Running the 'Maintenance' program in Onyx fixed a problem I had with recalled Printer Presets not showing. Many of us run this utility regularly, especially before and after system upgrades.
To check if you have any important 32-bit apps: Open the About This Mac menu as above Click System Report Open Software Click Applications. A List of all Applications (including Utilities) will appear in a window at the top right of the menu. This may take a while as there are a lot of them! You may need to expand the menu by dragging on the bottom right corner. Click on 64-Bit (Intel): in the top menu bar, and invert it ('tippy arrow') to show all the non 64-bit (i.e. 32-bit) apps first. Click on the application you're interested in and information about it appears below. In the app highlighted in the screen shot it is a 'Firmware Updater' from Epson. 64-Bit (Intel): will say Yes or No. In this case it is 'No'. Is it an important utility? Who knows? Is it still needed, or has it been replaced by something more up to date? 2ff7e9595c
